Have you ever met anyone that seems to be just plodding along in life not accomplishing anything – not getting anywhere – seemingly just lethargically putting in their time until something BIG happens?I have met lots of folks like this and there’s even a good chance that some of you have felt this way at some point in your life, I know that I have.The world is full of people that seem to be blindly going through life and that is sad.I think that it’s a rather large number, quite frankly.Because that probability, it has caused me to wonder just how many Christians live their lives this way, and to me this is even sadder.You see, Christians are not immune from the tricks and the snares from the enemy.In fact they are ones that are targeted the most by ‘ole slew foot’ because he knows how much trouble we can cause him.Tons of folks that claim to know God are just going through the motions as they live their life.Enormous amounts of Christians are just living life on autopilot without any real purpose or aspirations. Huge numbers of active church members are going through life as though they are on this ‘hamster wheel’ without anything meaningful being attained or even strived for.This is just not right!Jesus paid too high of a price for us to live this way! Most all Christians know ‘in their head’ that God created them with a great purpose – but not near as many of them really believe it in their hearts.When we just merely GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS in life we are ignoring the fact that Jesus came so that we would have abundant life.
