From the moment you arrive there will be people just like you, ready to serve you and make sure your time with us is pleasant. As you enter our site parking attendants will be there to greet you and help you find a parking space. Along your way to our worship center you found others ready to assist you in any way they can. At our worship center you will find greeters and tour guides ready to offer you their assistance in locating our worship auditorium, our restrooms, our pre-school area (birth – 5 yr. olds), our children’s church (grades 1-5), youth area (grades 6-12) or our NorthStar Café.

Questions you may have concerning your visit: Do I have to turn my kids over to a total stranger?
Your children are more than welcome to stay with you during your time with us. However, we would like for you to know that great care and attention has been given to make sure our pre-school area and children’s church are a SAFE learning environment. Our teachers and workers have all gone through age specific training and background checks with DSS and SLED. But equally important to us is that they love children and feel great fulfillment in teaching, loving and caring for your children. Our desire is that you will utilize our pre-school and children’s ministry so you can relax and enjoy our adult/youth worship experience.

Am I going to feel awkward if I come dressed casually?
Definitely not. As you worship with us you will find quite a variety of attire. It is our desire that you come dressed in a style you find comfortable, so you can enjoy the worship experience and teaching.
 

What can I expect during the worship time?
As a leadership team we understand how valuable your time is and so appreciate you sharing some of it with us. Our worship times will run one hour and thirty minutes. During that time you will experience some very vibrant, up-beat songs of praise as well as some softer, more intimate songs or worship to God, mixed with a good dose of biblical teaching that you will find very relevant and applicable to your daily life. You may also experience a multi-media presentation, a drama, or a worship dance. Whatever you experience, you can be sure that great effort, time and prayer has gone in to planning a worship experience where you can encounter God.
