In 2009, the leadership fo NorthStar Christian Center determined that a strategic planning process should be undertaken to assess current environment and solidify the groundwork for future growth and development.  The planning process was embarked upon to identify ways to strengthen the worship experience and programs - with the goal of sharing the good news of Jesus' love and grace to both the church's membership and the larger comminuity.

NorthStar has two vibrant worship servives, an active student ministry, exciting children's ministires, a small group program and impacting mission and outreach programs.  This plan seeks to productively refine, where needed, the programs and worship options alreay in place at NorthStar Christian Center and determine if other should be added.  It was developed to keep us focused on our mission.
